Have You Been Cited For Speeding Or Any Of The Following Traffic Offenses?
Why Not Just Pay The Ticket?
• Traffic tickets and speeding tickets are moving violations that go on your
driving record and can cause your auto insurance rates to increase.
• Traffic tickets and speeding tickets are points violations – too many points can result in license suspension.
• Nearly all traffic/speeding tickets can be amended or diverted to lesser offenses which do not appear on your driving record.
Can My Ticket Stay Off My Record?
Yes! We work to convince prosecutors to amend your ticket to a zero-
Prosecutors consider a number of factors to determine if your traffic ticket is eligible to be amended. These include the speed of your ticket, your driving record, and your age. Speeding charges which occur in school or construction zones can be more challenging to amend but at Traffic Law Central, we have found that most prosecutors can be persuaded to do so.
The Process Is Simple.
Almost all courts will allow your attorney to resolve basic traffic charges so that they do not appear on your driving record as convictions. Each court in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area has it’s own unique policy for reducing basic traffic tickets. Often these policies are dramatically different. Over time, our experience has allowed us to become familiar with each of them.
